Hi Everyone,
I have been reading a lot of different experience here.NSC is really slow and I don't know if they are really doing their jobs. It is really disappointing to see how they manage their workloads. My family is already in a difficult situation financially. My employer is taking advantage on me in terms of workload and salary. I want to switch to a different employer but I don't have any choice since my current employer filed my petition. The company lawyer also doesn't do any action even raising SR. I raised the SR once for my I-140, EAD and AP. Now here is my timeline and I hope I can have some words of encouragement.
10/02/2015 Start of PERM Process
09/08/2016 PERM Submission
11/22/2016 PERM Approved
02/17/2017 I-140 Submission (Regular)
06/22/2017 I-485, EAD and AP Submission
08/21/2017 Biometric
10/02/2017 Raised SR for EAD and AP ( nothing happen and did not see any response )
10/27/2017 Raised SR for I-140 ( will wait until Nov 18, 2017 for the response.)
