After a year waiting for the I-485 approvals, I received an update that our cards are in production for both me and my wife (dependent).
EB2 - IRAN - TSC
Filed I-140 & I-485, EAD/AP on 11/7/16
Files were received by USCIS on 11/14/16
I-140 got NOID and then was approved on 5/2/17 (so stressful since my PERM got an audit also in 2016)
RFE issued on I-485 cases on 5/2/17, missing a copy of passport (wife) and an unchecked vaccine by a mistake of the doctor (me)
long wait... longer (retrogression) ... a long time...
Issued SRs on both I-485 cases on 10/3/17
USCIS claimed they responded with comments on SRs on 10/18/17, but we never received any comment.
Today 11/9/17, I-485 cards are in production.
I pray you may hear good news. Many people prayed for me recently, and God answered those prayers.
