I'm sharing my experience maybe this would be helpful:
My receipt date was Jan 25 2017 EB2 from Tunisia filing with Nebraska service center, my case status is still stuck at fingerprints received, I placed probably around 6 service requests since November and spoke with many level 2 immigration officers also went to an info pass appointment and no body seems to have an answer, I kept calling everyday until yesterday the level 2 immigration officer (not the customer service who answer the phone, those people don't have any clue about immigration) he was upset and told me I'm checking your notes here why you keep calling everyday, well I told him because no body is giving me an answer I will stop when you guys tell me why my case is still outside regular processing times, he said it is still pending and we have thousands of applications we will need more time, also he asked me stop placing service request as it slows down my application since everytime they have to pull my file and put it back which did not make any sense but anyway hopefully this will help applicants with similar cases.
