RFE for Supplement J (Eb2 - Employment Base)
I've received a RFE, requesing me to submit a new signed Supplement J form.
My company's lawyer is preparing the form and is planning to send it off to me, so I can sign it. She's asking me to send the signed form back to her so she can send it to USCIS. I'm wondering if this round trip is required.
Can I just submit the form directly to USCIS? The RFE letter that I've received, has instructions on where to submit the form.
