Finger printing for entire family after a month.
Got EAD, I765 approved by end of May.
I140 approval 11th July.
Gohoorrea RFE for wife & me.

I485 was not current then.
Waited till October 2017.
Things moved again in November mid.
Case was transferred to Kansa, MO
I got transferred to another state.
Submitted change of address in December.

Interview scheduled letter came to old address 16th Dec.
Cancellations of interview mail was sent to the new address for me & son.

Wife’s interview was still scheduled at new location.
Called the helpline asking for cancellation of her interview
Under medical grounds.

Got new interview dates in January first week for all three at new. Location.
Added another family member on 23rd January.
Interview was on 1st February.

Carry:
Bona Fide employment letter.
Carry supplement J.
Salary slip for two months.
All approved H1B
EAD.
Tax return
Duplicate copy of medical

And all other docs. Mentioned in the interview invitation.

What is your nature of work?
Only relevant question to EB1 C.

All other questions were chit chat & formal questions.
Oath at the beginning & yes no on criminal history at the end.

My elder son had.onepage missing in his medical records.
She checked the vaccine records & ignored the missing page.
She was nice & understood what is important.

My 5 year old son was seating on the floor instead of chair in a corner.
Younger one was sleeping in his car seat.
She was very professional yet pleasant.

I was dressed in a formal suite the same way I was for my marriage reception.

Yet to receive card.card stays changed to

Because I moved from another city which is more
than 50 miles my company filled my H1B Amendment in Nov
Received RFE in November.

H1B RFE Amendment filling date is 9th feb.
Should I respond to the RFE or I can ignore???

Tensed even after getting all that
Good news...I still don’t have the card yet.
