Hi Juys ,i want to share my experience and ask you for your feedback.i had applied for i 140 eb3 skilled worker. Request for edvience was issued for my American high school degree . My degree was equivalent to high school diploma in USA but my attorney said we don't need present the degree because it is not required for skilled worker. My attorney sent them them arguments that it's not required and they deined my case on faiure to provide the edvienvce . Since I have the high school degree I want to file an appeal and I would appreciate your feedback that if there any chances to get approved.
