EB3 Experience
Hello All - Here is my 485 unusual experience;
1. 485/EAD/AP filed: June 12th 2017
2. Fingerprint taken: July 5th 2017
3. EAD/AP received: Sep 29th 2017
4. Received Interview notice: Nov 15th 2017
5. 1st Interview conducted: Dec 18 2017. Interview was about me and my company. Officer asked me several questions about my company. How it looks, how many employees, where it is based at..etc. My GC is filed by an IT consultants. At the end officer advised me that he may call me in again if he has more questions about my company or he will approve my 485 if no more questions. Lasted for 20 mins
6. Interview notice for 2nd Interview: Dec 22nd
7. 2nd Interview: Jan 18 2017. Lasted for 5 mins and officer did not ask anything different. I was told that he will send my case for QA and I should here back in a week or 2.
No updates yet. I guess I am the fist one in the history to go in twice for EB interview :)
Please let me know if anyone else had the similar experience.
