I'm employed in a small startup in Bay area as a software engineer. The headcount for the company has been around (15-20) US employees.
I've applied for EB2 thru the company. My case has been transferred to NBC back in December. Two weeks after that I got at RFE for Supplement J which we have been responded 2 weeks ago. Still no news.
I'm wondering whether USCIS cares about the number of employees in a company or not. Any idea?
