Hi Guys, help me understand why I got rejected, my company will apply again in all likelihood.

Me : Told first the smaller name, but then completely told the bigger name.

VO : Why do you want to goto US ?
Me : Bunch of meetings I need to attend.
VO; What do you do for YYYY ?
Me: Statisticall Modelling, building ML algorithms,to recommend stuff to higher management.
VO : Where do you want to goto US?
Me: Atlanta
VO: As a statistician, why do you need to go to US for this meeting?(Similar to this)
Me: I have to interact with various teams across two weeks. Understand their prrocesses, and the kind of people they hired, and the way they go about engaging in their processes
VO: What processes are these?
Me: .different teams do different work and we need to sit with them to understand how all of these tie up and essentially implement that in India.
VO; Ok
VO:How long have you been wit conversant?
Me: One year
Are you married?
Me: No
Vo: **looks at the passport** and have you traveled anywhere outside India ?
Me: No
Takes the blue 214B form out and says you cant get the visa for the following rules and highlights the first point of 214B,which talks of lack of ties to one's home country.
I say ok, and leave. In the meantime, I am devasted.
What went wrong? He didn't ask for my salary, which was pretty good,and neither he asked about my family,whether there were any ties back at home. I genuinely have no reason to immigrate to US. I can't even if I wanted because I have dependents in the form of Sibling and a parent.
