AOS Package Acceptance - TSC
Hello friends,
I submitted my AOS package for concurrent filing on my pending I140 under EB1C category which was files in 12/22/17
Even after 1.5 weeks, I didn't get any acknowledgment from USCIS and not even my filing fee checks are cashed.
Is there anything to worry at this moment? Normally in how many days or weeks AOS package gets screened and get accepted?
