Advance Parolle travel vs Visa stamping
This is my situation
Stamped L1 / L2 (for me and my family) Visa expired - November 2016
Extended L1 / L2 while in US and have extension till November 2018. I94 valid till November 2018, but no stamping in passport
I485 applied and got EAD / AP on January 2018 valid till January 2019
Due to a family emergency my wife need to travel to home country. Options are
==> Stamping again and this will take 6 weeks or so due to queue
==> enter with EAD / AP
Quesitons
1. which of above option is preferred
2. if she enters using EAD / AP, I am planning to extend my L1 again this May. Will be OK to extend he L2 also or is it disallowed since she entered by Advance parolle
