Medical expiration
Hi all,

Does anyone have an idea whether USCIS considers medical expired 1 year after submission/receipt date of i485, or 1 year past the signed i693 form by the authorized physician?

My interview will be on June-14 and receipt date is from June-16-2018.
The medical signed by the doctor on May-8-2017.

it really confusing whether I need or not new medicals, although in the interview notice as well as in uscis website it specifically says expire 1 year after submission:

https://www.uscis.gov/policymanual/HTML/PolicyManual-Volume8-PartB-Chapter4.html#footnote-24

obviously some immigration attorneys think the other way around:

One applicant went thru the interview suggested that IO told him that it has to be valid for at least two weeks after the interview since it may take some more time to adjudicate the case.
