Hi All

My EB1 interview completed today. It took an hour and 40 minutes for 4 of us. very detailed checking of all documents

Sequence of events

Oath - swear that all we say is truth
Followed by checking documents for each of us including the below

- Birth certificates for all of us
- Marriage certificate
- I485J (I already gave one and gave a new one with latest date)
- Employment letter (I already submitted one with 485 and submitted a new one with latest date)
- Medical
- I94 for latest entry
- Recent paystubs

Questions to primary applicant:

- which company do you work, How long?

- what do you do in the company

- what is your designation?
- I had a promotion after submission of I485 and I told my new designation and he wrote it down in the application

- Role I play

- My DOB, Spouses DOB, Date of marriage?

- Last entry date to US

- Y/N questions from 485

Questions to my wife:
================

-- Parents name?

- - Her birth certificate had initial instead of surname and he checked what that initial means and confirmed it is the last name

-- Date of birth

- - Number of children, their DOB

-- she made another trip to India after we came so he asked about that trip and I94 corresponding that trip?

-- Y/N questions

Questions to children:

- when did you come to US?

- whats your age?

- Date of birth

- General questions like school name, which grade etc

- checked medicals again for vaccinations

- Y/N questions
