EB3 Green card visas are finished ?
Hey everyone,
We had an on site interview on July 17, category EB3/E13. It went well, just basic questions, the only thing I was missing the information that I've served in mandatory Military army in my country 20 years ago. So the officer quickly added that information and told it's ok. Then he told that he is pre-approving our case but unfortunately employment based green card visas are finished for this year (from July 13) and we have to wait for the new fiscal year which is October 1st.
However I've seen some people getting approved and receiving green cards having been interviewed even after July 17.
So how it's possible that in one case visas are finished and for some it's still available for the same EB3 category ?
Anyone passed interview after July 17 please share your experience.
