Background: 1 year and 2 years of experience in American MNC. Going to work to launch product and do R&D at parent org in the US. Caveat: My startup was acquired by MNC, so I mentioned my experience in relevant products was more than the time in company.
Questions asked:
1) Where in the US is the office located?
2) What is your specialization?
3) What are you going to do in the U.S?
4) Whats your U.S salary?

The VO was a lady and she was super sweet. The applicant in front me was applying for L1A, which she rejected but said she will give him L1B (WOW!) and approved that! Counter 30 I think, her demeanor made me confident that she would be fair in my case.
