L1, L2 Visa

I applied L1A blanket visa 2 times in last 2 months. Could you please suggest how should I proceed.

Should I applied L1B blanket after 3 -6 months or should I apply L1B or L1A individual.

So should I applied L1B blanket after 3 -6 months or should I apply L1B or L1A individual.
