EB1C India. How long before interview is scheduled?
Hi Everyone,
I am getting a bit anxious now. My Priority date is 31st May 2017, even though the case received date mentions 8th June 2017.
Here is my timeline so far, directly copy pasted from my USCIS account:
I-140 Dates
04-May-18 Case Was Approved
08-Jun-17 Case Was Received
I-485 Dates
08-Jun-18 Case Was Transferred And A New Office Has Jurisdiction
07-Jun-18 Case Was Received At My Local Office
08-Jun-17 Fingerprint Fee Was Received
08-Jun-17 Case Was Received
As of 8th September it would be 3 months since an update was made to my AOS application. When can i expect to get an interview notice? How long after case transfer does it typically take to schedule an interview?
Also in the I-485 list above, on 7th Jun 2018, my case was received in the local office and then on 8th Jun they transferred my case again?!! How do i interpret this?
Would be really grateful for your response! This wait is killing me!! :)
