Hi all ! I have benefitted a lot from the posts in this forum and sharing my experience
PD : May 17, 2017
LC approved: Dec 29, 2017
I-140, 485, 765, 131 concurrently filed on April 3, 2018
I-140 approved on April 14, 2018 (premium processing for EB2)
Lawyer used older version of forms for I-485, so it was returned and we needed to
resubmit using latest version on April 12, 2018
Biometric done: May 21
EAD AP Combo card received: July 5
RFE for supplement J: July 7
RFE responded: Aug 2, USCIS received it on Aug 8
Interview Scheduled on Aug 21 for interview on September 25
Did our medical exam after receiving interview notice
Interview Done: Sept 25
Officer asked basic questions like name , dob, address, date last entered on USA etc; asked
for EVL and latest 2 paychecks, nothing else. He told that EB2 category is currently retrogressed
and visa will be available from October 1st. Told me to expect some update by mid October
October 1: Received email and text sms notification that Card in production !
October 4: Online update - card being mailed
October 5: Received approval notice for I-485 and supplement J; Card delivered
to Lawyer Office
October 9: Picked up the card from Lawyer office .. Finally the process is over.
