Hello All,

My time line are as below,

PD: April 2008
i140: June 2008
485, 765, 131 filed : end of May 2018
Biometrics: 6/25/18
Combo Card receipt: 8/17/18
Interview notice: 8/20/18
Interview: 9/25/18

Interview went well, went there more than an hour early, called in 10 minutes past my interview time, interview was normal, 485 application questions on name, DOB, parents information, asked to explain work history. yes/ no questions.

Explained about the visa retrogression and apologized for it. But, should receive in 2 to 3 weeks as visa's will be available on October 1st. If not received please use the customer service number or info pass advised by I/O. He congratulated and advised don't go out of country till receive the green card.

No status changes online, my status changes didn't really show until later through out the process. It is still showing interview scheduled. Our company attorney did contact the USCIS on October 1st as visa's became available and he got response back that the case is still under normal processing time frame.

Called by myself today, and explained the situation and the CSR couldn't tell me any more that what I know, she advised that I will have to talk to Level 2 support officer.

Level 2 office also advised that my case is waiting to be assigned an officer to make the final processing. Please allow 2 more weeks to month, it will be taken care of. But was very understanding and courteous in explaining USCIS situation, didn't say processing time are 13 to 27 months or anything like that.

Let's wait and see. Overall, if the case is legit, prepared correctly with all required details and supporting information, there shouldn't be any worry, case to case the processing times are little different. My AOS process to this point lasted 4.5 months from the time I have filed. Wanted to share my experience.
