Briefly, my experience so far:
PD 02/14/2017
I-140 and I-485 Filed: 06/14/2017 (concurrent, no premium)
I-140 RFE received: 12/05/2017
I-140 RFE response: 03/03/2018
I-140 Approved: 05/28/2018
I-485 Interview Scheduled: 08/06/2018
Interview Held: 09/10/2018
Status on USCIS website still says: "Interview Scheduled".
Called USCIS today and spoke to the representative. Very friendly they pulled all details of my case, informed me that it is not outside of normal processing time, and that they see it as Interview Completed. Suggested that I call after 30 days and check my status again.
It does not seem like calling or scheduling the Infopass appointment make any sense as long as your case is under normal processing time (which is around 10 to 25 months as per USCIS website).
I wish I could share some less neutral and more positive news.
