Below are the details of my I485 filing:
Feb 2018 - I140 approved
Mar 2018 - I485 Filed
Apr 2018 - Biometrics Done
May 2018 - EAD Combo card received
Since May 2018 the case status shows "Fingerprint Review Was Completed". No update so far. Meanwhile being in US we applied for our L1 extension, got an update last week stating it was denied. Our attorney says as far as we have the EAD we are eligible to live here.
My question is: Will our visa extension denial be an hurdle in our next step in green card process? Looking forward for valuable response.
