My Spouse had given an opportunity to apply for L1 A individual ( Premium Visa Process) after rejection of L1 A blanket ( normal process) and h1b visas at Chennai embassy. My Spouse works for a service based MNC at Chennai and this visa chance employer had provided for the final time ( after Rejection of L1 A blanket and h1b).
Do any one suggest us how long will the process happen and do let us know the possibilities of getting the VISA approved. Please share your comments. Thanks in advance.
