I Work for Product base Software Development Company for last 4 years, total experience 11+ Years.
In India current Designation- Team Leader : 16lks/pa. Direct Reports: 10, InDirect : 24.
In US Offered Role - Manager, Salary : 115 + 10% Performance Bonus, Relocation : 15k. Direct Reports:3 and Indirect reports: 18.
I'm masters in computers graduated from India.
Having valid B1/B2 visa, already traveled twice to USA in this visa.
Based on my provided information All documents prepared and provided by attorney.
What are the chances for my L1A approval.?
