I-485 pending. Atlanta filler
It has been 120 days since I had my interview and still has no idea what is going on. I received a RFE 1 week after interview asking for I485J, even though I submitted I-140 and I-485 together and have not change employer.I responded the RFE within 1 week and since then nothing. Not even a mail saying they are reviewing my case. Called Uscis 3 times since then, only able to submit a SR once and again nothing. Just a email saying they don’t need anything else. Is so frustrating. Today a email my congressman asking for help. Anything else that I can do? Anybody else inthe same situation or if you were what did you do for USCIS to work in your case?
