Hello Everyone,
Here is a timeline for my EBI-A Application
Jan 8th-2018: PD, Filed concurrently I140, I485, I765, I131
Mar 24th - 2018: EAD/AP card received in mail
July 7th - I140 approved
Sep 24th- Interview scheduled
Nov 9th - AOS Interview.
Nov 24th - RFE for using outdated version of I-693 form
Nov 25th- Submitted response to USCIS
Feb 1st - 2019: Case transferred to TSC to speed up processing time
April 1st - PD current
Does anyone else have a similar timeline to this? Can i put in a service request to track the status of the application or does it make sense to just wait? My lawyer told me that general processing time is 6-8 weeks after PD becomes current. Others who have recently received GC -can you let me know how long it took once PD became current.
