Appreciate if anyone could answer these based on your experience:
1) if the AOS interview should have been scheduled by now. By when should I expect a notice. My timeline is below
2) I'm currently on L-1A with an expiration of Jun 2020, and EAD/AP till Jan 2021. On traveling outside US , should I use L1A or AP to re-enter. Is there any additional step in AP at the point of entry .
EB1-C India Timeline:
Aug 2017: I-140 filed (Priority Date)
Jan 2018: I-140 approval
Jan 2018: I-485 (AOS) filed for family (me, spouse, and son)
Jan 2018: I-485J filed for me
Jan 2018: EAD filed for me, spouse and AP filed for family
March 2018: EAD /AP received
March 2018: I485 transfer notice (Case Was Transferred And A New Office Has Jurisdiction)
Nov 2018: SR raised for Biometrics for me
Nov 2018: Biometrics completed for me
Jan 2019: Revised EAD/AP received for 2 years ending Jan 2021
March 2019: SR raised for wife's Biometrics
April 2019: Biometrics completed for spouse
