Need some word of advise and feedback on the process.
My L1B VISA was initially rejected citing reasons "Not Approvable". However, post that I applied for L1B Individual VISA with the help of my company immigration attorney & post which it has been approved by USCIS. My VISA interview is scheduled in Chennai Consulate. I was just wondering what are the rejection rate once the VISA is approved by USCIS.
