L1-A visa
My PD is August 2017
my category is EB1-C india.
i am done with my green card interview in january and everything went smooth. its just the PD was not current so they couldnt approve my case.
the only problem that persists is the retrogression that took place .
my visa is valid till feb 2021 and i am left with one more extension from the available 3+2+2 years format.
i need to understand what will happens if till 2021 the PD is not current , and my visa expires and i am not offered the extension .
will i still be able to extend my EAD or they are obligated to extend my visa as my process is almost 95% complete.
