How soon can leave the job after Green Card Approval
Hi! I am on EB3 process! My case status is "Case ready for schedule interview!". My question is how soon I can leave the job and go work somewhere else! Some people are saying that you have to stay for at least 180 days with that sponsor's job! Is that true? Is there any law to make do that! What can happen of I am leaving the job right aftet? I am looking forward to hearing from you guys! Thank you so much!
