First of all many thanks to all of you who have been posting their inputs in this forum. I have been a silent reader for a long time and i had promised my self that i will post my experience.

Reply in May 2019
May end 2019 - status change to ready to schedule Interview
Early June 2019 - Status change to Interview Scheduled
Interview Date - 18th July 2019
Interview Location - Fairfax, Virginia
Time - 6:40AM
We (Family of 3) reached the location at 6:10AM. Gates were open at 6:30. It was Airport style security and after security we were asked to proceed to 2nd Floor.
We waited in the 2nd floor for approx 45 mins when the lady officer called our name. She was nice and very professional. She greeted us and apologized for the delay.
Before the interview, we were (me and my wife) were asked to sign the lawyer waiver form followed by Finger print and photograph and finally the oath.
The interview started with me, the IO was me my name, DOB, Country of Birth, my Designation and since when i am working with my current company. She asked me to give her the latest Emp verification letter from HR and 2 full months pay slip.
She then asked me about my emp history, when i entered US for the first time, the last time and the recent I-94.
She was me about my wife's details and my child's details. I got confused in our Marriage date and my wife's DOB to which she smiled. I apologized and she said its ok.
Then she asked all almost all the YES NO questions from the I-485 form.
Same procedure then with my wife.
At last she called my Daughter (5 years old) and asked her Name, which school she attends, her teachers name, her favorite teacher and why :) also asked My and My wife's first name.
At the end we were asked to sign the I-485 form after the interview.
The IO told me that the interview was complete but since there is no visa available, so she said to keep on checking the visa bulletin and when my PD becomes current i should get the decision.
The famous white paper which i had read a lot about was not given to me.

My advice to all - be calm and remain focus. I know its frustrating to wait for such a long time and still my wait is not over.
