Question: Whom your reporting to ?
Answer: TCS Supervisor. His role is program manager.
Question:How many associates reports to your supervisor?
Answer:15 PMs, am one of them.
Question:How much percentage you will be spending as a manager and technical person ?
Answer:100% as a manager. Technical part will be taken care by the team.
Question:Is some one reports to your subordinates ?
Answer: Yes Offshore team.
Question: How much experience you have in your organization?
Answer: 7 Years 1 month 25 Days
Question: How much experience as a manager ?
Answer: 4 Years 2 months 22 Days
Other Comments by Visa officer : She asked some couple of question to my wife. How long you have been married ?. What is the age of your Kid ?
Your Comments/Suggestions : She is friendly. But while interviewing she is doing lot of other stuff like talking to her colleques, searching for something......etc. Since am with Kid whole process is completed in 50 Minutes.
