Extremely BAD experience(s) with Rediff shopping. I had a couple of really bad issues 3 years ago... I ordered stuff, they were never delivered, credit card was charged, difficult to track etc etc
I thought things may have improved and am totally WRONG. I ordered a book and a box of sweets 2 weeks ago. The sweets were delivered but the book wasn't. The order status says "delivered". There is a carrier number but no name !!!! No phone number to call rediff at !! Absolutely the WORST place to shop.
