L1B approved, small question on L2
My L1B (L1 Blanket) has been approved. I am going to US for about 4 months as of now. My husband wants to apply for L2 and join me there for a month. We both might go for long term at a later date.
Can there be an issue in him getting the visa on the grounds that I am going for short-term and hence L2 for my husband is not justified ?
