DUI Dismissal - L1 A Inter company transfer Visa?
Hi,
I'm an Australian citizen and i am applying for L1A inter Company transfer Visa to work in Houston. I was arrested for a DUI in Houston a Year ago However I was never charged or convicted and has now been dismissed. When i entered the USA last time they ask me the question and I advised that the case had been dismissed and the Officer at POE said that is correct it is showing dismissed in there system. I have my interview at the Consulate coming up in the next 15 days. Will I be asked to conduct a medical Examination? If so how much will this delay my Visa? Can I get the Examination conducted by the certified doctor before my interview to save time? Is there anything you can assist me with to make the process easier?
