Would like to share my experience.
I applied for B1 visa on 19-01-2014, was rejected. Below was the questions asked.
Which company you work for?
What is that company?
what is your role?
What is your designation?
what is the prpose?
How long will you stay?
Ans: I was so tensed and nervous that even I didn't know what I was answering. I was sure that my visa will be rejected.
Second attempt:
After a month applied and below is my experience.
Whom are you going to meet?
Name said
Who is he?
Designation said
Which company you work for?
Said the company name
What is the purpose?
Said was was mentioned on my invitation letter, short and to the point.
What exactly you will be doing there?
Again in two lines said what i will be doing.
What is the strength of your company?
Said
Which company you have worked before?
Said company name, nothing else
VO said your visa is approved, have a safe journey.
Tips: It ok to be nervous that is normal, but don't let it overpower your confidence.
Answer to the point and be confident. Prepare well and rest is luck.
