I-485 processing time is too long in Texas service center
Hi! my lawyer submitted my I-485 last month 5/29/2015 uner EB3 to Texas service center. Texas Service center has been updating its processing time for I-485 which has been no progress last 3 months Apri/May/June. It's still at Aug/15/2014. So, it's about 10months whereas other service center takes about 4monhts. Is there anything we can
do to process quicker? Is this really correct updates? My visa expries in November, and I was really hoping to have my I-485 approved by then, but if it takes more than 6-8 months, I might have to renew my visa. Is it real that it takes 10 months to process I-485 or everyone is different? Can it be quicker? Any replies or experiences will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
