L1B Blanket Approaval@chennai on 1st Oct 15
Thanks to everyone for posting their experiences, from which I have created list of Questions related to L1B blanket and prepared answers for them.

30-Sep-2015 - Biometric:

I went to 10 mins late to the appointment because I couldn't find exact address on time eventhough I started very early in the morning.

But they allowed me without any Questions and given preference over others who are waiting for their turn( they have appointment 15 -30 mins later than mine).
All the process was completed within 10-15 mins

Docs Required
1)DS-160 confirmation
2)passport
3)Appointment confirmation with payment details on it.

nothing else required here.

1-Oct-2015: Visa Interview

I reached the venue 90 mins before my time. They are not checking for your appointment time. People can go any working hours as long as their interview falls on same day.
There was very long queue and it took over 2 hours 20 mins to reach VO officer.
After that its just 5 mins of interview for me.

Questions asked

Greeted VO with smiling Face :)

1)How long your working with your company xxxx?
Me: Answered
2)How long you will be going to work in US?
Me: 3 years
3)What are you going to do in US?
Me: I will be working with US team YYYY by building and integrating proprietary tools that I have developed in India.
4)What are you currently doing in India office?
Me: Designing , developing and maintaining xxxx's proprietary tool xxxx.
5)What is your salary in US?
xxx,xxx

Thats it these are only 5 questions that VO has asked me. All of these were within 2-3 mins. after that 1-2 mins he wrote something in his desk and stamped my I-129s with approved stamps and said "Your Visa is approved" while giving them back to me.

I have carried lots of supporting documents such as pay slips, tax records, resume, supporting letter to petition, Previous company experience certificates, marriage certificate, Graduation certificate and company reports etc.

None of them were asked. But its better to carry them so that you will confident that you are having all supporting documents.

I have prepared various questions related Specialization. But nothing about specialization was asked. But preparing them have gave me confidence :). You should prepare them to.
