Business Visa - B1

Hi All,

I had applied for three times to get B1 visa and third time I succeed in it.I joined my new company few months back in July and there was new project come up for that I need to go to USA for 4 week so I applied B1 visa for that..With me there was 3 more guys we all applied together...

1 Interview was on 5 October ..

Interviewer was lady on counter no 13

She asked four question.

Ques 1:What do you want to go to US?
Ans:I answered to attend training and technical discussion with my client.

Ques 2:What is name of your company?
Answer:&&&&&&&

Ques 3:Is it Indian based or American Based?
Indian Based

Ques 4:When did you join the company?
I told 2 months back.

and The lady tell me your visa is rejected..

Second attempt on 19 oct. It.It was Monday..

Again there was lady and She just asked me two question.

Ques1:Why do you want go to USA?
I told her to attend annual business meeting and technical discussion with my client.

Ques 2:Why u have come for second time in really small period of time??
I told her that this meeting is really important for the project and I need to be there for 2 weeks and after that I will come back to India and work here only...

But She did not understand and told me apply again.
I was really angry and really shattered..Thinking again and again what they want....
By God grace My manager give me one more chance and I applied again..

This time Interview was on 27 Oct..(Tuesday)

This time was again a lady and timings was 8 am in morning.
I was the first person in the queue for Interview

Question:Why do you want to go to USA?
I answered to attend annual business meeting for my project for 2 week and after that I will come back to India and work here in India itself.

Question:U have been rejected twice in short period and u are coming again??
I told the lady importance of the project and why it is important for me to go there.

Question:Why they have chosen you??
I told her based on previous experience and skills they have chosen me and also I was hired only for this project.

Question:Why it is necessary to go for live training rather do training on remote??
I told her the importance of tranning and imporatnce of project.

Question:For how much time you are working for this company?
I told her the exact time and also they had hired me for this project only.

Question:After coming back you will train your team member for this training?
I said yes I will supervise them....

And at last Golden Wordsss come...
Your Visa is approved ...

Always be in confidence..
Speak well and tell every relevant thing.
Read your DS-160 properly.
Do not lie..
Do not hesitate to apply if you have another chance.
Have faith in GOD.

Dont's
Never said they you are going for training.
Never said duration of trip more than two weeks.
Always tell them that you will come back in INDIA and work here only..
Told them you will not get any salary in USA.

These Interviewer are really moody and first question is really importantttt...
