L1A questions on Team size and compensation
Hi All,
Thank you immihelp for putting all the information together. I found this forum an ideal platform to prepare for the L1 visas and I have some queries pertaining to the basic questions the VOs are asking to the L1A candidates:
1. Will you have people in the USA reporting to you? (How many direct/indirect should be ideal to show)? If I have only 2 or 3 DRs in USA, do I still have a chance to qualify for L1A?
2. Salary in the USA? (what is the minimum salary range to make sure it doesn't hamper the case for L1A).
3. Can we still have direct and indirect reports in the foreign country after we intend to move to the USA on L1A.
