L1, L2 Visa

Hi All of you,

First of all I would like to thank all of them who have shared their experiences within the Site.After reading those comments or questions it really made me very comfortable and that really helped me in tackling the questions at the Counselate,

One advice I wanted to give,whenever your name is called for the Interview,go to the queue a bit late I mean if their are 5 people within the queue you should be the third or fourth one within the Queue,This really helps in knowing about the mood of the Interviewer and about the questions she is assking and about the answers she is expecting from us.

Below is the Conversation that I had with her,

me:Good Morning Mam.
vo:Good Morning.
vo:Can you give me your Token please
me:Passed on the Token
vo:looking seriously at her computer screen suddenly asked me,so tell me what are you doing in Mumbai?
me:I am working in a Software Firm YYYY
I have been working with in the same firm for 2 and a half years..I was explaining her about the Role and Responsiibilities....suddenyl she asked me.
vo:When did you join your Current company
me:ZZZ
vo:How much you are going to get in the US?
me:Full Indian Salary + YYYY allowances.
vo: Only YYYY allowances,Don't you think there should be some tax levied on YYYY allowances,
me:Their is some minimum tax on the allowance and the its a management decision which I would need to follow.
vo:Is this your first company?
me:yes

Thats It,She told me that your Passport will be couriered to you within 3 Business Days

vo:Thanks you
me: Thanks you very much mam.

I would say be Confident and be vigilant and the Visa is yours.
