Hi All! I have my interview going in few days. In my I-485 application the lawyer answered "NO" to the question "Have you EVER worked in the United States without authorization?". The lawyer never asked me this question where I worked as an UBER driver for 4 months without work authorization. what should I say when the IO asks me this question. Also I received Public assistance like food stamp long time ago. would it affect the approval of my case. Any one's went through the same experience would be appreciated.
