Hi guys,
I have marriage based green card interview in February(currently F! visa holder).I have a couple questions which are related to my case.
My wife was divorced when i met her.She is my petitioner .However,her ex-husband applied for permanent residency with her and he got his green card.my question is how does it affect my case?I am sure IO will question me but i am concerned.Our marriage is real.She told me that her first marriage was mistake.
my other question is about family member.my brother is out of status and my wife always meet him and his wife.If IO ask her about my family,she should mention about my brother or not?i don't want to put my brother in danger.(He is going to apply for AOS soon).
