any suggestion for the situation
I would like to get your suggestion. Here is my situation:
my daughter and I filed I 485 in Feb. 2003, and I got the approval
in October 2004. However, I did not received my daughter's approval yet. I called the USCIS every three months, and was always told that it was pending for the background checking(She was only 7 years old when she arrived US.) I wrote a letter but I didn't got any response.
Is there any way I can do except waiting?
