AOS interview notice came with "Notice to Applicant: if you ever been arrested...", n

I have gotten a notice to appear for a AOS interview, with the notice was also another sheet of paper that said "Notice to Applicant: if you ever been arrested or detained by any law enforcement officer for any reason, you must bring the following to your adjustment of status interview". Is this a standard letter that everyone gets with their interview notice? Do I have to prove that that I haven't been arrested or detained?

To my knowledge it's not the standard letter. However, if it were arrested n detained, you would need to take ALL paper work in that regards.
