Hello folks,
My current pay is much lesser than what the Prevailing wage had suggested. I have applied for 485 which is still pending. Will 485 get rejected if salary is less than the recommended wage. My employer cannot give me that much raise to meet requirement? I am not sure what to do? Any body facing similar problem.
