Read the post by ttran1102 on 08/04/16 title is "everything went well"....you can find this post on the read/post experience section..........similar situation as yours where the I-130 was approved after the interview.It seems normal for such cases so I wouldnt worry too much. Try and relax and prepare well for the interview.

Good luck in your interview and hope you wont wait any longer for GC to be mailed after the interview.

We have an interviews this month ,I got EAD IN MARCH 2016 BUT MY I130 STILL SHOWING PENDING.. status. .. is that ok before interview..??

Hi dst2015,

Could you please provide us with your time line...PD and the processing center (NBC?) and when you got the interview notice to Baltimore field office.

My guess would be that the I-130 will get approved before your interview. Worst case scenario I have seen from other post is after the interview, your case will be held up until they get your for I-130 in file even though you pass the interview and that calls for more delay with the GC production.

i130 approved 09/14
i485, i765 and i131 submitted 04/21/16
Bio metrics 05/23/16
Case ready to be scheduled for interview - 06/01/16
No EAD update as yet!
My case will be sent to Baltimore field office.
My receipts start with MSC so I believe my file is at NBC.

Its almost 2 months and my case has been ready to be scheduled for interview....

Update!

07/19/16 - "We ordered your new card".
07/21/16 - "we approved your Form I-131, Application For USCIS Travel Document"

Hopefully EAD shows up in the mail soon.

My time line is here
30 March 2016- mailed my i-485,i130,i-131,I-765
4th April 2016-reveived all for forms by USCIS and got text and email
8th April 2016- I received 4 NOA receipts for all 4 forms and PD is 4th April2016
22th April 2016-Biometric appointment letter received for 12th may 2016
12 th May 2016-went for biometric
29th June2016-Called USCIS and made service request on day 89
30th June2016-Online status for EAD and AP got changed to Case was Approved
5th July2016-received 2 NOA stating that my EAD and AP is approved and will be mailed seperately .
7th July 2016-still m waiting for my EAD nd AP card

1 - 4/26/16 - Mailed I-485, I-765, I-131
2 - 05/04/16 - Packet received by USCIS and check cashed
3 - 05/21/16 - Received notice for Biometrics scheduled for 06/02/16
4 - 06/02/16 - Went for Fingerprints

That is all I have for now. I have not received any other letter and my case status on USCIS webiste states that "On May 4, 2016, we accepted the fingerprint fee for your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status"

I would have figured by now I would have gotten the appointment for the interview.

All thoughts are welcome.

04/01/2016 Package delivered to USCIS ATTN:FBAS 131 South Dearborn-3rd Floor Chicago, IL 60603-5517 (day 0)
04/11/2016 emails and texts notification received. Case routed to NBC (day 10)

PD 04/04/2016 (official day: day 1)
04/14/2016 received NOA1's hard copies. (day 11)

04/29/2016 received biometrics letter (day 26)
05/09/2016 biometrics appointment at 10AM (day 36)

06/20/2016 online service request for EAD (day 78)

06/24/2016 EAD is being produced (day 82)

hope you get your interview notice soon. MSC file here. got interview notice 8 days after fingerprint, then 10 days later I got the date for the interview which is coming this month. started the case on May 2016 so MSC cases seems to go fast.
