Tell me about it. 115 days here. At least you got your interview notice. If you get accepted on spot then I think won't need the EAD but I am not sure. I don't have neither EAD nor interview date. Consider yourself lucky. Some people even in January got nothing yet.

I feel your pain fam, I hope all goes fast for you henceforth. Been jobless for 4 months and that's killing me. I can't wait to go through the interview and God willing get approved in the spot. Do you know how long it takes to GC if someone gets approved in the spot?

RFIE received: 7/13/2017 (birth certificate - had already sent copy of original. Attny recommended trying to get a new version from birth city. Did so with parents assistance, and re-sent)

RFIE response received: 7/19/2017

Update:
9/28/17: Submitted SR for I765
9/29/17: Case updated, texts received. EAD card being produced. SR request still says unassigned.

i was told to expect a call from them next week Thursday.

today marks 115 days

I would wait the 9 days because the assistant told me wait 30 days from the date that you should receive the response and then raise another SR. For example, I was suppose to get a response on my first SR 9/24. I got nothing as of yet but I will raise another one 30 days from 9/24, so 10/24 and I will physically go to my congressman's office and do it there since doing so will be faster.

The wait is just so frustrating.
