I am also a Dallas filer and adjusting from F1. My PD is Oct. 6. Did my biometric in Nov. 6. Today is exactly day 112. Haven’t heard anything. I haven’t done anything else like SR or contacting congressman

Hi. Try to submit a service request for ur ead. And if it wont work seek help from the senator john cornyn texas. He submitted a request also to uscis on my behalf.

Finally received my card! Day 115

I fly home tomorrow to London introduce my baby and husband to my family and friends.

I’m confused

I sent the pd on 10/05
I’ve got them back because my husband and me missed his birthday date.
10/17 sent back to Chicago(i live in Alaska)
11/21 biometrics-one fingerprint, signature and a photo
12/05 biometric-all fingerprints, signature and a photo( even the officer there was confused when i told him i was there the week before)
We didn’t have his birth certificate so we got a notice and we sent it on December 18th priority mail to Lee’s summit, MO
I’ve got another letter that the I693 i sent and it wasn’t filled from the surgeon(because I thought that they have to tell me where I should go.. lol) so the form expired on 10/17 and i have to do the new form which is available after 1/02 when I received the letter actually. And after that I don’t have any news, I’m confused which office is working on my docs, my receipt number is MSC

Nov 28, 2017 : walk in biometric done
Dec 5 ,2017 : apply for emergency advance parole( granted same day) visited local uscis office
Jan 8, 2018 : requested for expedite ead
Jan 10, 2018 : faxed proof of financial loss and pending job offer
Jan 12, 2018 : contacted ombudsman seek help for the expedite request
Jan 18, 2018 : ombudsman submitted an inquiry to uscis with regards to my case
Jan 19, 2018 : status changed to card is being produced.

I’m just waiting now for my approval letter and ead card. My future employer notified me that i only have this one week to show a proof of approval and work authorization permit. Do you guys think i will get it this week? Been checking my mail morning and afternoon since monday but got nothing.

NBC- Virginia

We applied from Virginia to NBC with priority date as of October 11 and haven’t received any updates since then.
Is here anyone else from Virginia state that files with NBC and haven’t received anything for over 105 days?

Reading all of the threads here, what is a realistic time they will receive their GC?
The process, seems like it is slow as turtle, and it should be quicker. What are they verifying? (People that been here for over 20 years?)

Apparently. I am basically the same timeline as you. Today is mundo 90th day from my priority date

I noticed that they have updated their website processing time. Now they are processing July's applications, which I find odd because in November, the website states that they were processing September's applications. But majority of applicants receive their EADs by the 95th day, so it looks like we have some time time to wait...unfortunately

I remember seeing the November processing time for NBC at September applications as well. The fact that NBC retrogressed is worrying.

I am still waiting for a response for the SR filed 01/02 (30 day wait smh). I have a couple friends that filed before me and it took them over 100 days to get EADs. So hopefully we get some updates in this week
