We received EAD combo card in the mail yesterday!! So, we're waiting for a week to see if the SS card comes in the mail, if not, we will go to the SSA office to inquire/apply. We did check on the I765 form for the SSN to be applied for along with the EAD. Anyone do the same and receive their SSN yet?

The combo card and the notices came in the mail today! The notices were nicer than the ones we’ve gotten before too...

Hubby did biometrics early (see my signature). His EAD/AP has been approved and mailed according to the online case tracker (those statuses say approved), but we haven't received it yet. The status for the I-485 still says "Fingerprint fee was received."
Hubby has an account on the uscis.gov website. Once you've made an account, you can save your receipt numbers and select options to have it send you texts and/or emails when it updates. There also a case tracker app that you can download and will notify you when there are changes online.

Lawyer was also told his case is within normal processing time. What does MSC mean ? What are similar acronyms ? Did anyone else submit biometrics early and receive online case updates ? Is there a USCIS case tracker that automatically sends updates ?

Does anyone know how long it takes to receive the EAD in the mail. I've read it's sent by priority mail.

Ready to be scheduled for an interview!
Hey guys
As of today my status changed to 'Ready to be scheduled for an interview'.
No news on my EAD. I spoke to a Tier 2 officer on Monday who said my case was currently with an adjudicator.
Any idea why I have my case ready for an interview before my EAD??!
I am on Day 100!
