How are October 2017 filers doing?

I saw that a few July 2017 people had interviews scheduled on the July 2017 thread.

How about you October 2017 people? My wife and I are still enduring this agonizing wait.

Even if you submitted X, Y, Z for AOS, you would still submit it. This application is processed at a Service Center and they won't have access to the evidence of bona fide marriage that you submitted for AOS. Such a relief. Now just need to do the 2 year renewal, then citizenship after that.

Just did our interview today. The worker told us that he was going to approve and we should expect a notice in the mail in about a week and then the card about a week after that. Still waiting for the online status to change though.

My PD is 9/5/2017 and I just got notification this past Monday that my interview was finally scheduled. Waiting for official paperwork in mail.

Yours is probably coming soon. Seems that somewhere around or just past the one year mark is when most people start to get notification.

Since you applied for the EAD renewal prior to its expiration date, as long as it's accepted and they send you the I-797C form back, your husband will be able to use that as a 6 month extension beyond the expiration date. That is of course he falls under one of the accepted filing statuses like (c)(9). See link below for more details.

    Hello,
    I do have a question,
    10/17, EAD 03/18.
Received text 11/5, you case was scheduled for interview.
Next day I went to local office, I already had infopass from before. The lady told me that, the local office will decide on the date of the interview once they received the file from NBC, but the text I received was clear that will mail you the interview notice.
    Any idea???

PD on 10/27/2017 Marriage based I-485

All documents accepted. No RFEs at all. But status still only shows Fee accepted.

    Has anyone else moved along?

Hopefully, things go smoothly and this green card gets approved before January when the combo card expires anyway.

I?m pregnant now, so I?d really like things to be settled.
Congratulations on getting scheduled for interview! Many have found this thread useful in staging their evidence of bona fide marriage for the interview and the initial AOS filing.
